Vanessa holds the ultimate responsibility for commissioning, production, IP management, programme packaging and delivery operation across all media and business formats. A former controller of children's & family programming for a leading British broadcaster and a highly experienced specialist in media strategy and business development, Vanessa was headhunted by the LEGO Company to spearhead the creation of its new television and film division. She was instrumental in devising and implementing the TV and Film division's recent transition from LEGO Company subsidiary to wholly independent production company, Create TV & Film Limited.
