Original Programming represents approx 250 half hours or production per year. We have around 25 series in production at any given time.

What percentage or number of hours are commissioned vs. acquired? (Ie. 60% commissions/ 40% acquisitions)
See above 60% of our schedule must be Canadian.

What is the average amount for acquisitions and/or license fee?
Standard market value for Canada depending on financial structure. Average 60K per half hour

What are you looking for right now?
Afterschool/after supper series Competitive/compelling/creative

How do you prefer to be pitched?
Well! In person is always best but since it can sometimes be difficult, a written pitch is fine.

What is your biggest pitch turnoff?
When the pitcher cannot answer questions regarding the basic concept of his or her show. Also - not doing homework on the network.
