As an EVP of the KOCCA(Korea Culture & Contents Agency) which plays a pivotal role in the promotion of culture and contents-based industry in Korea, he was supervising the promotion of all kinds of practical businesses directly associated with the Korean entertainment industry - animation, cartoon & licensing industry - for 6 yaeas (- May,2006.)

Sarted his career in 1985, as a programming producer at MBC TV, one of the major TV networks in Korea, his specialty extended to the development and programming of the Television and Radio Sectors. He took charge of the marketing for the television programs from the year of 1985, since then, participated actively in the animation business. He has produced 2 animation series for TV and was awarded the Korea Broadcasting Awards in '2000 for his brilliancy in "My Little Comi".

He especially focuses on the globalization of the Korean Intellectual Properties and looking for partners to develop business opportunities through joint productions.
